The time between February – May and September – December is considered as an ideal time for this walking holiday. The trip starts in Lukla after the joyous mountain flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. The route is well defined and the itinerary is prepared scientifically by the expert travel planners. Enough acclimatization breaks and gentle walking (6 Hrs a day or less) would help overcome the Everest Base Camp Trek successfully. If you can walk 6 hours a day, you can do this trek (including a couple of relaxation days with some walking for acclimatization). You can always add a porter which can be split between 2 people as a porter can carry up to 25 kgs.
