Additional Information: Life on the Trail The trekking day typically starts at 6:30 a.m. We start walking after breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30 am. Everyone is free to walk at their pace, which is comfortable for them, stopping along the way to explore villages and take photographs. Lunch will be around 11:00 am and usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. The lodge is usually reached at around 4:00 PM and at around 6:30 to 7:00pm the evening meal.
