Additional Information: Given that being on safari involves being continually on the move, we advise you to pack lightly and bring as little luggage as possible. Your luggage limit on safari with Bush 2 City Adventure is one soft rack case of no more than 20kg in weight, plus a daypack. Please make sure that your baggage is clearly labeled and that the label is firmly attached. The dimensions of your soft rack case should be no greater than 60cm x 30cm x 30cm. Within your allowance, please pack clothes suitable both for warm weather in a daytime and also for cool evenings. (Game drives in the early morning can also be cool: a warm jacket is advisable.) Please note that different airlines have different luggage allowances and that these are usually strictly controlled. Travelers should ensure that they comply with the airline’s guidelines on luggage allowances.
Refund policy : If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges. Notwithstanding the above, if we have issued your domestic airline tickets and you choose at any time to cancel them then we will not refund you any monies for these tickets.
Cancellations : Cancellation of a holiday must be made in writing and is effective from the date we receive the written notification. In all cases of cancellation the deposit, and any amendment charges will be forfeited. Cancellation charges are expressed at a percentage of quoted price.
