Suckling Pig “Babi Guling Chandra”
Babi Guling or suckling pig, is one of Bali’s most famed dishes. The pig is stuffed andinfused with a spicy concoction involving turmeric, coriander seeds, lemongrass, black
pepper and garlic, and spit-roasted. One portion of “babi guling” serves with “lawar” or jack fruit salads, sausage, cassava leaves, satays and come with rice and pork soup with banana trunk in it. We also will try betutu dishes that is served with vegetables urab, sambal matah and a bowl of chicken soup Balinese style (Vegetarian alternatives are available).

Traditional Market Tour “Pasar Kereneng Balinese mixed vegetable from Klungkung regency called “serombotan” commonly containing : beansprouts, spinach, bitter gourd,
wing beans and also apple eggplants and a special dressing call serombotan dressing that is made from chili, shallot, garlic, white turmeric, shrimp paste and candle nut. The
original recipes use fried peanut with the dressing to pour over the top of blanched vegetables.

The first of these local warungs was located in Banjar Kedaton and from then on the family used the banjar name for the warung. Located at Jalan Raya Hayam Wuruk the
warungs most famous dish is Nasi Campur meaning a mixed of rice, shredded fried chicken, minced chicken satays, fried chicken, fried sweet tempe with peanut and the famous long bean with kalasan dressing.
19.45 : WARUNG #3
This warung located in the heart of Renon area, this warung is a branch of the original warung in the Gilimanuk Port some three and a half hours from Denpasar.
The signatures dishes here are Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk using either chicken or duck.
Betutu is the cooking method and this dish is very spicy. Incidentally there are several version of betutu in Bali. The other famous style comes from Ubud area in Gianyar
The main spices of betutu called “Base Rajang” meaning “chopped ingredients” consisting of: chili, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, white turmeric, galangal and also shrimp paste.
There are also several authentic dishes that we can try here including satay lilit, belut goreng (fried eel) and crispy duck.
20.45 : WARUNG #4
This area well known as “Turtle Island” and there are so many “warung” and almost all of them sell grill seafood.
You can order any kind of seafood here: snapper, squid, prawn all come served with plecing kangkung and rice.
